2. User Obligations

• Provide accurate registration details.
• Maintain security of their login credentials.
• Not misuse the platform for illegal activities.
• Comply with applicable laws (LGPD, GDPR, CCPA, FTC rules).

3. Subscription & Billing

• Transparent pricing displayed on our website.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
• Users may upgrade or downgrade plans anytime.

4. Intellectual Property

• KOZENET PRO retains ownership of the platform and software.
• Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant KOZENET PRO a limited license to display it within the platform.
• Unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• We guarantee 99.5% uptime.
• Support tickets are responded to within 48 hours.
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

• KOZENET PRO is provided "as is", with no guarantees beyond the SLA.
• We are not responsible for indirect damages such as lost revenue.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 6 months.

7. Termination & Account Suspension

• Accounts can be terminated for violating terms or inactivity.
• Users may request account deletion at any time.
• Terminated accounts may retain data for 30 days before permanent deletion.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Brazilian law applies (for Brazilian users, LGPD and Brazilian Civil Code). USA users follow CCPA and FTC guidelines. Haitian users comply with local regulations. International users follow GDPR. Disputes are resolved through arbitration before pursuing legal action.
