These Terms govern access to Kozenet Pro, including its web application, mobile application, workspaces, public-site tools, booking tools, boards, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice.

Important: Nothing in these documents removes rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

1. Service scope and platform role

Kozenet Pro provides software that helps providers create an online presence, publish business information, manage services and providers, organize work, receive booking requests, and handle related business records. Features can change as the product evolves.

Kozenet Pro is not the provider of the professional, health, beauty, consulting, repair, or other service offered through a provider's site. We do not supervise, guarantee, insure, or take responsibility for a provider's service, advice, pricing, safety, qualifications, availability, or relationship with a customer.

2. Accounts and access

  • Provide information that is accurate, current, and authorized for you to use.
  • Keep passwords, authentication codes, API credentials, and devices secure, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
  • Do not share an account or use another person's credentials without permission.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that people invited to a workspace receive only the access they need.
  • You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

3. Provider and workspace responsibilities

Providers are responsible for their business, professional licenses, permits, taxes, service delivery, customer communications, cancellation rules, refunds, and compliance with laws that apply to their activities.

  • Publish only accurate services, prices, hours, contact details, availability, policies, and business identity.
  • Give customers the notices required for collecting and using their information, including booking, communications, reviews, and location information where applicable.
  • Use customer information only for lawful business purposes and honor valid requests from those customers.
  • Do not use Kozenet Pro to offer unsafe, unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or regulated services without the required safeguards and authorization.

4. Public sites, bookings, and disputes

A published site can make business information, images, services, prices, hours, contact details, reviews, and booking options publicly visible. Providers must check content before publishing and must promptly unpublish or correct information that is inaccurate or no longer authorized.

A booking request or appointment is a relationship between the provider and customer. Kozenet Pro is not a party to it and does not guarantee that a booking will be accepted, completed, paid, safe, or suitable. Service disputes, cancellations, refunds, no-shows, injuries, and customer complaints must be resolved between the relevant provider and customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

5. User content and public publishing

You retain rights in text, images, logos, documents, business information, and other material that you submit. You grant Kozenet Pro a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service you request.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted content and that it does not violate law, privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, confidentiality, or contractual rights.

We may restrict, remove, or disable content or a public site when reasonably necessary to address abuse, legal requests, security risks, rights complaints, or a breach of these Terms.

6. Plans, subscriptions, and payments

Plan price, billing interval, trial terms, included limits, and taxes are shown at the applicable checkout or order flow. A plan may be changed, cancelled, or renewed according to that flow and applicable law.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment platforms. Kozenet Pro may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, subscription status, and limited billing metadata, but payment providers control their own processing and privacy practices.

Payments between providers and their customers, including deposits, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and cancellation fees, remain the responsibility of the relevant provider and customer unless the checkout terms expressly state otherwise.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, discrimination, spam, phishing, malware, credential theft, or unauthorized surveillance.
  • Do not probe, scan, overload, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, scrape at scale, or interfere with the service or another user's data.
  • Do not upload malicious code, content that infringes third-party rights, or personal data that you are not authorized to process.
  • Do not use public-site or booking features to mislead customers about identity, qualifications, prices, availability, or outcomes.

8. Kozenet Pro intellectual property

Kozenet Pro and its licensors own the service, software, design system, trademarks, documentation, and improvements, excluding user content. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is authorized.

You may send suggestions or feedback. You grant us permission to use that feedback without payment or obligation, provided it does not identify you or disclose confidential information unless you authorize that use.

9. Availability and third-party services

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may perform maintenance, change features, apply security controls, or discontinue a feature. We do not promise a particular uptime or uninterrupted operation unless a separate written agreement expressly provides an SLA.

Links, payment services, app stores, identity providers, messaging providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, and other third-party services are controlled by their respective providers. Their terms and outages can affect Kozenet Pro features.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, abuse prevention, legal compliance, protection of users, or a material breach of these Terms. We will provide notice when practical and appropriate.

You may stop using the service or request account deletion. Before closing a workspace, export information that you need and resolve ownership, team access, bookings, subscriptions, and customer communications. Shared workspace and site data may remain for other authorized members.

11. Disclaimers, liability, and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kozenet Pro is not responsible for provider services, customer conduct, user content, third-party services, internet or device failures, lost business opportunities, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded. Any liability limitation must be applied only to the extent permitted by the law applicable to the relationship.

You agree to defend and indemnify Kozenet Pro and its personnel against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, business, customer relationship, unlawful use, or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own legally established fault.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. We will provide notice for material changes when required. The updated version will show a new date. If you continue using the service after the effective date, that use is governed by the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the contracting entity identified in your order or account records, subject to mandatory consumer protections and rights. The appropriate legal entity, registered address, and venue must be kept current in the final published version.
