This page explains how to request deletion of a Kozenet Pro account from the web or mobile app. Deleting an account is different from deleting a workspace or public site that belongs to an organization or is shared with other members.
1. What the request does
An account deletion request disables the account, invalidates active access where supported, removes or anonymizes personal account details, and starts cleanup of information that belongs only to that account. We may verify the request before completing it.
Uninstalling the mobile app, signing out, or cancelling a subscription is not the same as deleting an account.
2. How to request deletion
- Signed-in web users can use the button on this page.
- Mobile users should use the in-app account settings deletion option when available, or use this web page linked from the app.
- If you cannot sign in, email contact@kozenetpro.com from the account email and include enough information for us to verify ownership. Do not send a password, authentication code, or payment-card number.
3. Information normally removed or anonymized
- Account identity, authentication credentials, profile details, device registrations, notification tokens, and direct account associations are removed or anonymized where supported.
- Personal favorites, notifications, personal security credentials, and account-only records are cleaned up according to the current data model.
- If a record also belongs to a workspace, provider, customer, public site, financial transaction, dispute, or legal obligation, it may be handled under the retention exceptions below.
5. Legal, billing, security, and backup exceptions
We may retain limited records for tax, accounting, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, legal claims, audit trails, or compliance. Those records are restricted and retained only as long as reasonably necessary.
Backups and logs may take time to rotate. Properly anonymized or aggregated information may remain. We will not use retained information for unrelated marketing.
6. Subscriptions, verification, and contact
Account deletion does not automatically cancel a recurring subscription managed by an app store or payment provider. Cancel it through the relevant billing channel to prevent future charges.
For safety, we may require password re-entry, confirmation text, sign-in verification, or other proof of control. If a deletion request fails, contact contact@kozenetpro.com and do not include secret credentials in the message.
Start an account deletion request
If you are signed in, you can start the request here. We may verify the request and must retain limited information when required for security, payment, accounting, disputes, or law.
