This Mobile App Privacy Notice supplements the Privacy Notice and explains data practices specific to the Kozenet Pro mobile application for Android and iOS. The app helps providers and workspace members manage sites, services, providers, bookings, reviews, notifications, and business operations.
1. App scope
The mobile app uses the same Kozenet Pro account and backend as the web service. Information created or viewed in the app can be synchronized with the account, workspace, site, bookings, and public content described in the Privacy Notice.
This notice describes the current Kozenet Pro mobile experience and should be updated when the app's data practices change.
2. Data handled by the app
- Account, profile, workspace, site, service, provider, board, booking, review, customer, subscription, and uploaded media data that you choose to use in the app.
- Authentication credentials, secure session information, app version, device platform, IP address, diagnostic information, and security events needed to keep the app working and protected.
- Push-notification registration tokens and notification preferences so the app can deliver requested booking, workspace, security, and account messages.
- Location information when you grant permission or enter a location, for discovery, profile completion, or location-relevant features.
- Device or advertising identifiers may be available to platform or analytics SDKs when enabled by a particular release configuration. The store Data Safety declaration must match the released build.
3. Mobile permissions
- Location is optional and can be denied. If you deny it, manual location or features that do not need location should remain available where supported.
- Notifications are optional and can be disabled in the app or operating-system settings. Disabling them may prevent timely booking or security alerts.
- Camera, photos, files, or media access is requested only when you use a feature that selects, uploads, scans, or edits media.
- The app does not require background location for ordinary site and booking management.
4. Sign-in and local storage
You may sign in with email and password or an enabled identity provider such as Google. Identity providers process sign-in information under their own privacy terms.
The app stores session credentials and limited preferences in platform-protected storage where supported. Removing the app may not delete the server account or server-side records. Use the Account Deletion flow to request deletion.
5. Push messages and analytics
Push delivery may use Firebase Cloud Messaging or the platform notification service. We store a device token and delivery-related status so notifications can reach the signed-in account and can remove or rotate the token when you sign out or disable notifications.
The Android release includes Firebase messaging and analytics dependencies. Analytics and crash or diagnostic collection must be configured, disclosed, and declared according to the actual release. We do not use notification content to build a public profile.
6. Subscriptions and app stores
If subscriptions or paid features are offered through Google Play, Apple, or another store, that store processes payment and provides purchase records. Kozenet Pro may receive product, transaction, verification, and entitlement information needed to activate access, prevent fraud, handle support, and reconcile subscriptions.
Uninstalling the app does not necessarily cancel a store subscription. Manage recurring billing through the store or the billing flow that created it.
7. Sharing and security
The app sends information to Kozenet Pro APIs and the service providers listed in the main Privacy Notice. The app may also connect to identity, payment, notification, hosting, security, and analytics providers required for the feature you use.
Do not store another person's private information in a public site, upload, board, review, or booking unless you are authorized to do so. Use device security, updated operating systems, and sign out of shared devices.
8. Rights and account deletion
You can manage optional permissions through the app or device settings and can request access, correction, or deletion through the privacy contact or Account Deletion page.
The mobile deletion request disables and anonymizes the account to the extent supported by the current system. Shared workspaces, public sites, bookings, reviews, financial records, security logs, and legally required records may be retained as described in the main Privacy Notice.
9. Updates and contact
We may update this notice when the app, permissions, SDKs, stores, vendors, or legal requirements change. The current version is always available at the Mobile Privacy link in the app and on the Kozenet Pro website.
Questions about mobile data or a deletion request can be sent to contact@kozenetpro.com.
